There is a famous saying "I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could". That definitely describes my relationship with El Paso. I started out in Jimenez, Chihuahua, where I was born into a family with an entrepreneurial spirit. Then I came to El Paso as a college student, on the Fourth of July, and found it to be where I truly belong.
The business degree I obtained has translated into a real estate career that spans more than 25 years. Because my first job was working with a property developer, it helped give me the broad spectrum of skills I use today. I've done everything from planning subdivisions, getting necessary permits, designing and building, to selling homes in all parts of town. Over the years I have had much success representing new home sales for five different local builders while also providing service to individual sellers and buyers.
Being a realtor is a true business for me and I treat it that way. I firmly believe in increasing my professional skills through continuing education and pass that knowledge on to my clientele. I want my customers to feel powerful and well-informed. I am also honest and straightforward with my clients to minimize obstacles. I have used, and continue to use, negotiating skills to better serve my clients and make them feel at ease. This helps them make the major life decisions involving home ownership in a way that benefits all concerned.
I am a multi-million dollar producer who is consistently among the top 10 Agents for Coldwell Banker Legacy. But I believe, also, in life balance. So I am always available when needed but recharge my personal energy with family and community-oriented activities.
